M Oil opened its lubricant and antifreeze production facility with its state of the art equipment and technology in Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone Çiğli / İzmir in 2000. It has not only been continuing its production with its experienced, young, dynamic staff and international Quality System Certificates since the day it was opened, but also been successfully responding to all kinds of product demands from domestic and foreign markets.
M Oil’s Lubricant Production Facilities are comprised of Factory Directorate, Quality, Quality Control Laboratory, R&D Laboratory, Waste Oil Analysis Laboratory, Supply Planning, Production, Production and Shipment Planning, Accounting Departments. It has been working only with reputable suppliers such as Tüpraş and Petkim in the raw material purchases, and with the Turkish Standards Institute / TSE, which has national and international recognition and prestige, in their standard compliance, quality system certification and subcontracted laboratory services pursuant to the principles of quality product, quality service it has adopted as early as the stage of its establishment in 2000, and preserved it without compromise since then. Many of the product groups of M Oil could have obtained TSE Conformity Certificates even before the relevant communiqué of EPDK (Energy Market Regulatory Authority). M Oil has therefore not only managed to successfully complete the processes of their new product certifications, as well as scope and document updating in the updated TSE Standards, and fulfilled its obligations to EPDK by obtaining TSE Product Conformity Certificates in all product groups it operates, but also successfully continues its TSE Product Conformity Certification processes for the new products to be added to M Oil product groups, and/or for the revisions to TSE standards.
