Incorporated in 1996 by Bölünmez Petrolcülük A.Ş., and having been serving in the fuel and lubricant industry with 100% Turkish capital, M Oil has begun to operate under Güzel Enerji Akaryakıt A.Ş. as of March 2020.
1996 - The company was founded by Bölünmez Petrolcülük A.Ş.
1997 - Investments in stations and filling facilities were initiated and the transportation fleet was established.
1998 - The first station and the first dealer was inaugurated.
1999 - Antalya Filling and Storage Facility was established, Antalya and Denizli Lubricant Warehouses became operational.
2000 - Lubricant Production, Blending and Filling Facility was put into service in İzmir Çiğli Organized Industrial Filling Zone.
2003 - Ankara and Mersin Filling and Storage Facilities and Marmara Lubricant Warehouse became operational.
2004 - Batman Filling and Storage facility inaugurated its operations.
2007 - Batman Filling and Storage facility was inaugurated.
2010 - The trade name of the company transferred to Demirören Group of Companies was changed into M Oil San. Tic. A.Ş.
2020 - Following the completion of the takeover process, the company started to operate under GüzelEnerji
