Metal working oil used without being mixed with water. It has been developed to be used as cutting oil in machining with high-tech special additives and very well refined quality base oils. It has been blended particularly for metalworking operations with very fine chip removal such as honing, rectifying and lapping of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, aluminium and magnesium alloys being in particular. It causes very light chip removal in deep drilling of soft materials, while providing excellent cutting, cooling, and flushing in high speed milling and honing operations. It does not contain chlorine. It does not cause staining and tarnishing. It does not cause high evaporation and smoke formation.
