M Oil System Cleaning Disinfectant is a shock-acting disinfectant formulated to clean central systems, workbenches and their reservoirs, and cooling lines from oil, dirt, microorganisms and impurities. It is used by preparing a solution between 1 % and 3 % depending on the pollution level of the environment and system. The cleaning and disinfection process is carried out by applying the aqueous solution, which is prepared by being added to water at the rate of 1 % - 3 %, by brush onto the flat surfaces, by spraying to spots where the brush cannot reach, and by circulation through the reservoirs and pipelines.

Application: Dirty or defective cutting fluid present in the system to be cleaned with M Oil System Cleaning Disinfectant is discharged. The reservoir of the workbench is cleaned of accumulated sediment and dirt. After pre-cleaning, fresh water is poured into the reservoir and then M Oil System Cleaning Disinfectant is added at the rate of 1 - 3 % of its volume. The machine is started and allowed to circulate for a few hours. The circulation time is either shortened or extended according to the amount of disinfection used and the contamination status of the system. Then the reservoir is emptied, cleaned and rinsed with clean water, and made ready for use.
